I was recently a gym member and it costs 5 thousand dollars for a personal trainer plus it was not that great. my advice to you please dont go through what I went through with this gym issue, check around before joining any gym, there are gym"s out there that offer the personal trainer along with memebership that is the way I would go if the cost is included with the membership that is the most fair way to be. also check around and make "sure" it is a clean one. and it is kept up to par. I got ringworm from the pool. I am no longer a member. good luck. and be careful

You can expect to pay anywhere from 40-60 dollars per hour for this service at a good gym... It is money well spent because it can save you hours of wondering what you should be doing.....
