He is a permanent resident with a valid green card and Social Security Number. He is coming in November and will be here for a few months. I need a job for him that pays good. He doesn't speak English perfectly though. He is above 45 years old. Thanks.

He will stay in Maryland/DC area when he comes. He is an Optometrist by profession. He speaks English good just that he's coming from Africa(Nigeria)

First, you should let your father know how things are different here in the USA and get him accustomed to the change in culture,this is the hardest working nation on earth and being able to earn your keep can be sometimes a challenge,he will have to start meager if possible just to get his feet (wet) and then he can graduate into a more progressive job,unless he has a high paying profession that he already knows,good luck.

thats not enough information. What city? In dc there is a lot of work that pays well for people with bad english just deends on what his back ground is

there are a lot of Americans that need a job that pays good also. There are even a lot of Americans that NEED A JOB because their companies moved to foreign countries.
