i dont know anyone who is visually impaired but i have heard and read about this subject before. i believe that they do dream in smells sounds and feelings, in the same way they experience life. also i think someone who was injured and lost their sight will still dream images.

Everyone dreams. It does not matter if you're visually impaired or not.

Blind people see things in their mind just as anyone else does. It may not look the same as what "seeing people" see, but they still see it -- a tree, a car or themselves. And when they dream, that is no exception. So the color red to you may be different than their color red, but it's red to them.

I don't understand the question. What would poor vision have to do with not having dreams? ALL people dream, wether blind, deaf or whatever.
