There is a guy at work I am attracted to that I know is also attracted to me. Over the past 2 months, he has asked me if I had a boyfriend, smiled and looked me up and down when he sees me, touches me on the arm occassionally, has asked me what I am doing over the weekend, has made some flirting/suggestive comments and just recently began sharing a little of his personal life with me without me asking. For instance, he shared with me he was taking his grandmother to the doctor so he had to take a half day off from work. He has not called me and we have had no outside work interactions. A week ago while flirting we joked that no we probably shouldn't be alone together unless of course one of us went to work somewhere else and then it would be fine. Nothing more has been said about this, though. I am confused, really, because I only get about one to two flirting signals a day but they seem to be getting more personal. Will he ever go for it?

That' s crystal clear, HE"S INTERESTED IN YOU. I think when he feels it' s right. he shall go for it and believe me it' ll be a memorable moment for you. This flirting thing is quite romantic and exciting... so let it be like this for some moment and have fun. ;-))

ok usually i say gurls NEVER ASK OUT A GUY...but...he really likes you thats all the stuff i do...we want attention from gurls...so give him ur fone # in a flirty way like stick in his like i dont know pocket! ok so then get him to call u and then the next week after you have been talking more...just say ______<------(his name) we should go do something like go to dinner or cofee and then u wait one more week after that after you have gone out with him and just say
"ok you know what ______ i really like you and i would love to be more than freinds" then start sayin how he is sucha great guy blha blah and TADAAAA he will probably say "i do too" soo yeah

Depends...maybe he's just having fun at work, but actually it sounds like he likes you. Make sure he's not married and then go for it.

He's telling you that he likes you but it probably won't go anywhere because workplace romances are not a viable option.
