Dancing - I would teach some moves, a type of dance, or make a little routine to follow.
Scrapbooking - I would teach the basics of scrapbooking, take pictures, and document the party with the help of some guests.

I am assuming it's an adult only party, also I would have to take into some consideration the theme of the party, if any, other then lots of alcohol.
The chicken dance would be a skill to teach to drunken partygoers.
Or the drunken laying of your own hand on the very hot barbecue grill in the backyard that leaves grill marks on it.
How about the famous words of "No I am not hungry." So that a person may continue to consume as much free alcohol as he can while at the party. Now that takes skill.
