What do you do that motivates you to work out, stick to your schedule of excercise, and lose weight? Serious answers only please. Thanks!

whenever i see a beautifully sculpted body but unlike those body builders....my motivation kindles....then i go to the gym.

get yourself a workout budddy , an ipod with some tunes that you think will motivate you, or for a more drastic approach, sign up at a gym and get yourself a personal trainer. You'll be obligated to workout since you have to pay for it!

importantly you need to find something you enjoy doing...and have a cheat day to reward yourself and it also gives yourself something to look forward to. Just don't go all out on cheat day and ruin the week of work. It helps to have someone to do it with also. I know this is not always possible but it helps....

my siberian husky. I love my dog and I know how much she enjoys exercise.She cannot do it alone so i have to exercise with her.I think the dog parks are espically great. People and dogs are so buy interacting before they know it they have exeercised plenty.

to fit into a smaller size of pants... and the fact that i can listen to all my fav. music during my workout..
