The best answer to fools is "Peace be on you" according to the Qur'an.
Yet Islam does not tie our hands behind our backs, does not ask us to turn the other cheek. The Islam haters make no one but themselves look bad with their rants.
Just for those of you non-Muslims who choose not to respond, we Muslims know that these bunch DO NOT represent you or your faith. We'd appreciate a little reciprocity here in sharing this view.
