I've never in my life seen a dog bark while deficating. Take your dog to a vet, it may have a tumor or blockage causing it pain.

My dogs don't do it, but it could be a territorial thing. Sometimes defecation is a way to mark territorial boundaries. If your dog barks while it is doing so, it's probably just trying to let other dogs in the area know it's there and to stay off it's turf.

it's maybe in pain?
irritable bowel syndrome (or is that only in humans?)
does the faeces look different from normal?
Maybe give the dog some roughage like wheatgerm mixed in with it's usual food.
