Get some pita breads and fill them with chicken, cheese, corn, etc.

My kids love the frozen White Castle cheeseburgers heated in the morning and wrapped in aluminum foil then in paper towels and in a plastic baggie. By lunch they were still very warm. You can do the same with corn dogs or any other frozen entree like burritoes, etc.

rolled sandwiches work well especially with peppers and different kinds of spreads. Pack him a picnic! Cold roasted chicken with fruit and fruit juices and salad. make a grown-up version of the lunchables. nacho cheese and chips with salsa is good, meatball sandwiches works as well. They can be eaten cold and make for a nice change.

squeeze out the meat of 4 - 6 sausages, into a frying pan, then add some fresh basil and some chilli flakes.
put on a pan of pasta to boil
then add a glass of white wine to the frying pan, along with a tea spoon a dijion mustard. let the alcohol evapourate, and the flavours infuse.
then add 250ml double cream, stir in and simmer.
then add contents of the frying pan to the cooked pasta (should only take ten minutes)

and sit back and enjoy, very tasty and only takes the time it takes for the pasta to cook. is yummy

Start with a prawn cocktail.

Then have some soup - clam chowder

Continue with fried steak and onions with chips and green beans.
A red wine should help your digestion.

For dessert have creamed rice with apricots.

Then a cheese plate with crackers.

Some nice freshly made coffee [freshly ground Brazilian].

Brandy served in a snifter.

If you're still feeling hungry have some more cheese & crackers and a little sliced salami.
