Galaxy is a type of milk chocolate made by the Mars company.

Galaxy is the UK "version" of the Dove brand. The brand is marketed as Galaxy in the UK and the Middle East; elsewhere, it is marketed as Dove.

There are now six kinds of Galaxy chocolates: milk chocolate, caramel-filled, fruit and nut, Minstrels, Ripple and truffle, which is softer and smoother than the regular chocolate.
