The Mark of the Beast is not your social security number, Versa-chip, fingerprint or any such things.
People will receive the mark of the beast on their hands or their foreheads.
This indicates that they will be recognized by their works (the hands) or their thoughts or ideas (the forehead).
So just watch who you hang with. Either they support God and his Rulership.

another example of " big brother government " in the making. when I received my first social security card there was a statement on it which read " this number is not to be used for identification purposes " now when I had to get a new card this notice has been removed as it seems everyone wants to use the social security number as identification at least here in the U.S.

No, the mark is something all of us already have.
Most likely your finger/hand print and your iris. Combined, they would offer pretty clear proof positive you are who you say you are. Accepting that they are your identity and merging them with the database that will store all your financial information is the linchpin.
