Pretty much any one that has a casino is going to have a sportsbook. Some can be harder to find if they're not a big city though, so your best bet is going to be the larger or more popular gambling cities. (I.e. Las Vegas, Reno, Atlantic City, Tahoe) However, you can find many online simply by doing a search for "Sportsbook" through any popular search engine (Google, Ask.com)

Sportsbook operations are illegal in all states except Nevada and Oregon (there is a national exemption for horse tracks and otb).

I believe the only sports betting done in Oregon is through Sports Action, a lottery that is designed to help fund college athletics in Oregon
