No, they are perfectly legal...you can get some at a local health department ;)

Yes. they are finally legal but getting a Dr to write a script for it or a pharmacist to fill it may be another story. Unfortunately it is still very controversial here and so many Drs or pharmacists can still refuse to write or fill them.

No,the only thing is they are not over the counter you must have them prescribed by a doctor within like 72 hrs

No they are legal....If I'm not badly mistaken some even have them available at the pharmacy behind the counter...if not local health departments make them available.....
