Go to the Intuit website and look for "Software that works with Quickbooks" The site provides a list of software that does work and syncs moderately well.
If there isn't anything that works well, you could try the Memorized Reports feature for scheduling.
Barring that, since the online Quickbooks has very limited features, you should purchase your own version of Quickbooks Basic that is more operative than the online version.
