if we are made in the image of god then we dont need a planet to stand on we can live in outer space, a place called heaven. god does, hes a big man but he floats okay. So why can't Bush use rockets and taxes to blast his flock into outer space heaven instead of useing taxes and rockets to blast us to hell?

He probably would if more people supported him and his ideas given he got more money and he rationalized it well. Although,If I were him I would be afraid to do anything judging on the recent polls.On the other hand, why would he actually think heaven is in space. Even if it is...noone could know that except God which I hope Bush would admit. Otherwise I would write him off too as having delusions of grandeur.

because that's what the American people want to show the world that they have a bigger and better space program than anyone else. Remember how proud you were when the Americans were the first to land on the moon?
So dont blame president Bush you are guilty of using all that money to blow into space, instead of helping the needy and poor. Besides when mankind fell into sin, he is no longer portraying the image of God.
