use Dove shower cream and Dove body cream (the one in the tub). Exfoliate your skin in the shower every single day. There are many products you can use. Your condition is quite common and it's not serious, just unpleasant

You are most likely having an allergic reaction to something. It could be that you used a new laundry detergent? A new lotion? It could be from the sun. It could be something you ate. So...you need to try to find out what it is that is causing your problem. Wash all your clothes again using only water. Stop using any new product on your skin. Avoid the sun. Take a bath putting baking soda in the water and pat your skin dry. Try using a cortizone anti-itch cream on the areas that are effected. If this does not help within 3-4 days, make an appointment with your doctor or dermatologist.

It sounds like eczema or psoriasis. I would ask my doctor to be sure but I have also had a problem like that. He recommended Blue Star ointment, which you can get at the pharmacy for fairly cheap (and it goes a long way). It worked great!

BUT if this does not help, I would go see a Medical Doctor or Dermatologist (a specialist in the skin, but more expensive than your primary physician).

You can use either cortizone cream, Aveno products, Sarna, or Eucerin(Aquafor). Usually one of those does the trick. If the rash persists, contact a doctor.
