On another thread - a girl made out that substance users "friends and families" were morally selfish, after I ponted out that I worked with substance users friends and families and not actual substance users...

When I pointed this out to her...and asked her too appologise (obviously claiming that substance users Friends and Family aren't selfish but innocent victims) - she accused me of "Moralising"?

Even the fact that I did some good helping substance users was used against me, as not being "real" voluntary work? She
was trying to portray me as someone who doesn't give a dam about my community and am only out for myself?

(volunteered fve years of my life)..

Do you people get offanywhere?

I am sorry you met this person. As a Christian I don't get sick of moralising as you term it. Jesus would say never tire of doing good.Verse / chapter. Now that's a question...:) Sorry I am not of much help here.

you don't need to give those people as much energy and thought as you seem to be doing. Good for you. The world needs more people who are willing to stick their necks out and help where it's needed.
