The cost of shipping them is prohibitive and niether will fill any great need in a place so culturally different from yours. This is especially true of the food. If you have yet to collect them, unless you have access to distribution of some sort, i would direct your energy towards working for a charity, like oxfam or save the children, who has the resourses
and experties to get better value for money from your kindness.

thats not always true..I'm sponsering a family...and they give me all the information i need...join any organisation you feel like..and start from there...or even the local organisation is even handier as you can give an extra hand..
