Who changed the Calendar Dates from actual Bible Dates ?

There are not 365 Days in a Year

There are roughly 365.25 days in a year. That is an increase of ¼ of a day each year that is not shown on the calendar. After 4 years of additional ¼ days the calendar is ahead by 1 full day. A day is added to the calendar every 4 years to compensate for this additional day that has accumulated. The year that occurs every 4 years with the additional day (February 29) is called a LEAP YEAR.

Even 365.25 days per year is not entirely accurate because that is about 5½ minutes too long each year. That is the reason why every century is not a leap year unless it can be divided by 400 as well as by 4. This means that 3 years is lost every 400 years to compensate for the extra 5½ minutes per year. The "400 rule" was introduced by Pope Gregory in 1582. Therefore the year 2000 was a leap year but the year 2100 is not a leap year because 2100 is divisible by 4 but it is not divisible by 400.

Actually, in biblical days they used a 360-day calendar. This is especially important to remember when reading Daniel ch 9.

A calendar year is the time between two dates with the same name in a calendar.

Solar calendars usually aim to predict the seasons, but because the length of individual seasonal years varies significantly, they instead use an astronomical year as a surrogate. For example, the ancient Egyptians used the heliacal rising of Sirius to predict the flooding of the Nile.

The Gregorian calendar aims to keep the vernal equinox on or close to March 21; hence it follows the vernal equinox year. The average length of its year is 365.2425 days.

Powerless? Maybe their criticism of Israel is not 100% But how the hell can you call those people the natives of that land? They are Germans, Poles, Russians and much more who came from foreign lands to settle on an already inhabited territory! And the murders and displacement that has ensued is beyond what can be classified as crime or injustice!

For practical reason, the number of days in a year is rounded off to 365.

i'm already having alot of problems with maths , let alone having to divide 365.25 days a year by the number of months to see how many hours in a day there are. and it is gonna be all decimal points followed.. not whole numbers.

and also.. 60 minutes to how many seconds in an hour?
you are kidding me.

its just rounded off for the sake of simplicity. im sure any person who needs to go that far back or forward in their research knows how to do it accurately. its kind of irrelevant to the average persons life though.
it is an interesting piece of info though

Plural nouns take plural verbs. Your question should read, "Are there really 365 days in the year?" Don't abuse grammar. When you do, the Baby Jesus weeps.
