Hi Sonu, Its not a easy talk but at the same point not a difficult job. Always listen don't take any intermediator at all, because first impression you will give is that you have dare to propose her.
The good idea is go and ask her for friendship, and after this in continous flow you can propose her and suddenly girl will be shocked(as I think) and attentive to your word then you can say it freely. Com-on after all you are a guy you should have dare to say him straight.. any other idea is to say her indirectly, but it is effective only when she know you love her otherwise it can lead to a big problem.
