OK this might sound really gross but it is so good 1. Get and egg two pieces of bread and some mayo 2. get a small pan hot with butter 3. put the egg in the pan then break the yolk (don't scramble) 4. Put the toast in the toaster when it is done spread some mayo on the toast 5. Put the your cooked egg in between the two slices 6. and now you have an egg sandwich

Protein, fat and carbs. Penne pasta, parmesan, pesto and some chicken on top. Cracked black pepper and a belt of olive oil. Half way through you will get the urge for a glass of Chianti and then you know all is well again! Hurrah for Italian food.

Cook yourself something proper like scrambled eggs on toast. It is quick and filling. If you pig out on the chocs, this afternoon you'll feel sick and wish you hadn't done it.

cook something proper. even beans on toast is better than nibbling on crisps n stuff.
you need stodge! warm food in your belly will make all the difference.
if you havent got beans, have poached eggs on toast, ot even 2 boiled eggs. As these carry all the protien and nutrients you need.

Get some fried bacon and fried eggs, and make sure you leave plenty of fat/oil on your plate to mop up with heavily buttered fried bread afterwards.
Just kidding, get some toast and tea. Its what I have when I've had a belly full of booze. It works for me.

Eat soething wholesome like a pasta or rice dish. That'll fill you up. Don't go for the sugary stuff your blood sugar levels will go up and down and you will feel even worse. Bon appetite
