sit ups and crunches. Also mix in some running(its the best excersize you can get) you need a healthy diet also

umm, the summer of 2006 had just passed you, it now Fall time, getting near winter. so u might want to plan to lose your tummy fat for summer of 2007. just do crunches and weight training and go for daily walks. also eat healthy.

Where I'm sitting, the summer is already gone.
But try sit ups and crunches.

Cut back on your diet, but not to starvation and lots of exercise. Slow and steady work best in weight control.
