Also I have huge fatigue problem that are not solved for years.

I want to be healthy. I do not want to be weak anymore.

I see many friends and classmates around me, who are very healthy. I wonder how did they manage themselves to be like that.

Do you recommed anything? I do not mind reading long sentences, so please feel free to give me as much information possible.

I have Bi polar & anxiety and depression.Theres a couple of things you need to know before you go out and start taking natural products. Some of those"Miracle cures" can interact badly with your meds trust me!! I cant drink energy drinks because of a certain ingredient in them that messes with my meds. Theres also the chance you might be Anemic which basically means low iron. Why dont you go back to the doc and ask them to test you for it. Good luck to you:)

i understand what you are feeling, you should rule out physical illness so see a doc for a general checkup. if physically everything is ok then the prob is in the head. two ways to solve that, either psychiatry and medication with all its side effects or by going into your own soul and looking for the problem. go back to the incident that started your problem and think it over. there is something wrong with your life that is stopping you from becoming happy. find what is is you need. is there something you want to do and something is stopping you? find the contradiction between the needs of your soul and your actions. many books can help you do the that. e.g. akhart tol " the power of this moment" good luck

See what you can do to volunteer in your community. It is amazing how helping others can pick up your spirits. Fatigue is a symptom of depression. Helping others can actually help yourself. I think you will be amazed at how fast it works.
