I have chronic anxiety and depression problem. Not only to that, but also I have very frequent physical illness and sicknesses.
Also I have huge fatigue problem that are not solved for years.

I want to be healthy. I do not want to be weak anymore.

I see many friends and classmates around me, who are very healthy. I wonder how did they manage themselves to be like that.

Do you recommed anything? I do not mind reading long sentences, so please feel free to give me as much information possible.

Your first problem is anxiety and depression. If you solved that you'd go a long way towards solving the fatigue problem and perhaps even the illness problem. Depression can influence all these other problems.
Go to a doctor and see if there is an anti-depressant that you can take. Ask him to recommend a counselor. Get whatever is causing your depression worked out and you will, no doubt, find much improvement in your life.
Some depressed is caused by a crisis or situation in your life. some is caused by chemical imbalances in the brain. You need to find out which it is.
