There is this guy I am interested in from work, however, I'm not sure if he is feeling the same way as me, or just shrugging me off?? what should I do?? or think at that matter?? It is the fact that when he sees me he will be sitting down doing his work and then hes up as a flash off doing other stuff however when he talks to me he is really nice but it seems as tho he gets himself distracted around me, what does that mean?? another thing he always sighs when he sees me too is that a bad thing?? any advice would greatley help... because i wanna feel if he is interested in me before i make the next move!!!

Assume the person is interested in you. Start positive.
Look for these signs. His/her mind is not in what he/she is doing. He/she glances at you often with a smile. He/she acts differently around you (quiet person is more talkative, chatty person acts shy).
Respond with similar signals to show your interest.
Change your position and see if he/she still glances at you at your new position. If yes, the interest is there.
To make a final conformation. Walk past the person. Close, but not very. See if this induces some visible effects. If yes, you can be sure the person is interested.
Or, if the person is known to you. Just ask him/her.
And, of course, if he/she tells you that they like you or asks you out you can be sure they like you!
There is a human reflex reaction when a person sees the object of their affection. The eyes open wide, eyebrows rise, nostrils flare, mouth rounds into an "O", It lasts about a second. Evolutinarily, this kind of face is considored more attractive. So if somebody sees you and briefly makes this face, they find you attractive on some level.
Ask a friend of theirs.
If you are completely SURE they like you, and if you like them back, say so !!!
Don't keep coming on to someone if they don't like you.

He might just get distracted because he's at work, and the sighing thing is prolly his way of flirting....ask him to grab a cup of coffee at star bucks or something

If he is interested, believe it or not... he will make a way to invite you out. Or will always try to catch your attention. Try ignoring him for a while and see what he will do. If he does not notice you ignoring him.....guess he is not interested

sounds like he's blowin you off but he's trying not to be rude about it. that's how i take care of stuff like that. i'm always nice when i talk to women, but i let it be known when i'm interested.
