I own 6 dogs; the smallest is 10 pounds: the largest is 117. Often, my dog food bills is larger than my people food bill! I've never added it up, but I'd say I easlier spend $5-6K per year on my brood. Vet bills for a small dog check up are the same as a large dog. Vet have a standard office call price and regular shot prices etc. The cost will vary with medications like Heartgard etc. Dog prices vary: My beagle was a puppy mill rescue and cost $120. My german shepard mix came from a rescue place and cost $80. My Westie was $650 from a breeder. My shih tzu mix was $350 from a family who's dogs they never got around to spaying, my Golden Ret I adopted when the owner/neighbor died, my cairn was from a breeder and was $600. Initial vet bills for the firstr year, inc. spaying, about $200-300. My Westie had a hereditary jaw problem and when he was 8 weeks old cost me $2500 in vet bills. He's now outgrown it and is happy and healthy. Bottom line: you never really know, but you have to be committed to raising a healthy dog, either way.

1. There is no such thing as a 'tea cup' dog.
2. You don't even know how to spell Chihuahua.
3. Once your pet is gone - it's gone. Why spend thousands of dollars for someone to take out all it's insides and stuff if with whatever they stuff it with?
4. Death is apart of life. Everybody hates burrying their pets or going to pick up their ashes but that's what you have to go through once your pet is dead.

a taxidermist is the person to talk too. But I will warn you many do not take pets because the people are invariably disapointed as its almost impossible to make the dogs expression like its alive

Since there's NO SUCH THING as "teacup" ANYTHING,you DON'T...you *might* actually have a CHIHUAHUA.

ANY taxidermy shop can mount ANY animal.Get out the PHONE BOOK & *CALL* around!!! DUH???

Uh,you do know there's a DIFFERENCE between a LIVE dog & a CARCASS,don't you?? YUCK!
