Where do you go when you're sick? The doctor. Now, where do dogs go when they're sick? The Vet. I would the the obvious answer is TAKE THE DOG TO THE VET.
Don't spend time on the Internet waiting for people to tell you what to do.

Sounds like allergies - yes they get them -mine has allergies to pollen. He sneezes, gets red eyes and his nose runs.
Took mine to the vet - he gave me drops for the eyes.

Other advice from him:
Keep dog clean - pollens attach to their fur very quickly(bathe more ofter)
Vacumn ofter - use a clean bag/empty canister - this will suck up the pollens better.

ask them about a creme for the skin ( can't remember the name of it)- Ask /write for Sue and tell her Pam Renz with Going Home Greyhounds sent you there.

This is awesome stuff and has cleared up many greyhound skin problems with scratching, itching etc.

You can try these- worked super for me
if this doesn't seem to help - seek a vet more more specifics on the condition of your fur-kid

Best wishes

Dogs are susceptible to a lot of the same condition as humans. Time for a trip to the vet.

It sounds like she's suffering from allergies. I just watched a show about how animals can be allergic to the same things we are...pollen, dust, ragweed, smoke, etc. Take her to the vet. They can give her medicine to help her be more comfortable.
