The Kidney Stones are formed mainly due to less intake of water/fluids and no regular answering of Natures calls ( Urine).

As your daddy to drink plenty of water as it helps to remove unwanted waste and other salts from the body and help the body to maintain its systems.
You can have INDIAN NONI Concentrate which will cure you of stone problem and it is natural ( Extract of NONI fruit)

Kidney stones are made of salts and minerals in the urine that stick together to form small "pebbles." They can be as small as grains of sand or as large as golf balls. They may stay in your kidneys or travel out of your body through the urinary tract. The urinary tract is the system that makes urine and carries it out of your body. It includes your bladder and kidneys and the tubes that connect them (ureters).

some people say it could be comsuming excess calcium food/drinks at night when you go to sleep and that accumulation can cause kidney stones.

why don't you ask the doctor? would be clearer.
