here is a site with information you will want to read, this is just a small paragraph from the site:

"Your doctor will probably advise you to cut out certain protein-rich foods, especially those high in purines, chemicals essential for the body's production of uric acid. These foods include red meats, organ meats, anchovies, shellfish, fatty fish, asparagus, spinach and most dried beans. You should drink plenty of liquids but avoid alcohol, which slows elimination of uric acid."

Avoid legumes like beans, peanuts, etc.. and the kale family of vegetables. Intake of alcohol also will exacerbate the condition because alcohol will prevent the uric acid to be excreted from your system. So avoid drinking alcohol or any alcoholic drinks. If it still persists then you have to consult a specialist. Un corrected gouty arthritis ( depostion of uric acid in the joints) will cause it to harden and amass..This would then be difficult to cure thru oral medications. The only remedy then would be surgical operation in extreme cases. So don't take your condition lightly.

I suggest to go and see Neuphrologist(kidney
doctor) because when your uric acid is high
you check the function of your kidney if it's OK
then, it should be removed on it's own.
