can someone tell me the brand names for the toothpaste to whiten your teeth and at the same time they should be healthy?no gums problem or bleeding problems.

I love Crest night effects - they make one that whitens overnight and for the day - they work soooo well!!
Also - supersmile is new and is reviewed as excellent. You can find the 1st one at drugstores and the second at many places including Bath and Body Works.
Both of these are safe and healthy for both teeth and gums - no problems.. no effect on teeth other than cleaning and whitening.

are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.

Most dentists recommend Colgate Total. If you want a simple whitening paste just buy a colgate or crest whitening/tartar control toothpaste.

Baking soda used once a day with almost any toothpast should do the trick. Brush at least 3 times a day.

Colgate, with whittening. (gold packaging.) Usually the ones we've grown up with do the job just right... it's the flossing and mouth wash that make your teeth shine like the silver glistering moon at night. Give it two or three days and you'll notice the difference.
