Last week I weighed myself (I do every sat morn) 13 2lbs I was nearer my target weight of 12 8 lbs. I eat quite healthy but this morning I weighed myself I was 13 7lbs. That's an increase in 5lbs in a week
Is it possible that if I 'pig' out for one week then the weight will not go up for aboput 7 to 10 days?
Or is just my metabolism? I am really puzzled by this problem, any answers appreciated or advice to that matter!
TY

My body is the same way...its probably water weight...I bounce back and forth between 3-5 pounds all the time. try some diuretics/water pills, they will help. Just keep eating healthy.

Never "pig out"....be moderate and regular in your food intake. It will cause an imbalance in your metabolism if you change your food intake every now and then. Have a steady flow of green leafy vegetables in your diet and you will lose all that nasty excess weight.
