lol, you username is funny....clever question. but just in case you're serious.....it simply means that "pearls" of wisdom should not be "cast" or given away to people who will not appreciate them. if there is someone who genuinely want to understand something, then obviously you should share any knowledge that might be helpful....but usually this takes a lot of time because most of these issues are complex....so why waste your time on someone who is only mocking you?
