what action should i take?

this girl i met on vacation asked me for my email numerous times, always mentioning meeting up after getting back to the states. however, although she does reply to my emails and phone calls, it usually takes her at least a week or two to get back to me. in the last email, she said shes working almost full time and going to school. said she misses me and will call me soon, but its been a week and she hasnt. also out of the blue said it totally looks like i go to the gym a lot, in the same email.

when i met her on vacation she flirted with me a few times, including mentioning that i smell good when i put on cologne and then proceeded to put her nose on my neck. also said, where were you i was waiting for u to come down so we could go out.

what do u think...she's trying to get me off her back, she's really busy but wants to be friends, or she likes me?

Chill out sparkey! Why would she even bother to explain herself when all she has to do is block your emails? I think the lady likes you. Take it slow, dont over think it and belive that her words dont have hidden meanings. And remember to wear that cologne when you see her again.

You should be asking her these questions. and let her know that if she really just want you to " get off her back" thats it ok. You dont ant to mess with a girl that dont want you anyway. On the other hand you might be pleasantly surprise to see that she is still interested but might indeep be just busy. Either way its best to be up front and ask her.
