He's so very right. Religion has destroyed so much during the ages. It's sickening.

Wow...I think it is wonderful for you to post a quote that is undeniably stating the truth about what had happened to the indigenous peoples.

My ancestors were tortured and/or killed if refusal was presented to the whites when "offered" to open their hearts to the lord...

My ancestors had a higher power, Mother Earth, Father Sky, the Great Spirit...we needed no more.

Sounds pretty accurate....and it is shameful....but then the self rightous always find a way for religion to support their own selfish desires.
