Go to your citizens advice bureau immediately. They give free legal advice to everyone. It is possible to get a stay of execution against your mortagors under the right circumstances. But ultimately, if you don;t have enough money to agree to pay back the amount outstanding at a sensible rate, auctioning the house may be the best solution - next time whatever you do make sure you keep up on your mortgage payments - as your house can always be taken away from you if you don't. Good luck!

Im not sure if this applies to mortgages, but there are those debt management companies that can help .They make an agreement with you to pay a certain amount, which is so much smaller but of course takes longer to pay off,but at least you'll still have money left over ,thats of course theres people in your house hold that work.
All your luxury Items and furnishings,T.V,s to furniture and vehicle
is best to sell ,as they can always be replaced. If however the demand is for full payment then legal help like someone mentioned citzens advice bureau or similar.
These bastard banks and lenders, cant see the difference in refusing to pay and unable to pay.they dont give a shite.
wish you well

Can you not sell it to one of those companies that buy it for cash and then you still live in it and rent it back, the telephone directory is full of those type ads, then you will have some cash to pay off some of the debt and remain in your home.

You're screwed. I recommend visiting a financial advisor ASAP and stop wasting money. Are you a junkie?
Only thing you can do is bum money off your family. But in 6mo's from now you'll probably have the same problem since you got yourself in this predicament in the first place.
