The best time to visit the destinations you have listed is from October through to May, as some of the areas in the far east can suffer from rain storms.

I have added a link to the excellent Weather Channel where you can go and view monthly averages for your chosen destinations.

Hong Kong's best time is December, perfect sunny days - not to hot, earlier or later and it can be bad, very bad, Songapore and Thailand will be ok but always sunny and very humid. Hong Kong in December is fantastic with Christmas lights all over the skyscrapers - it's just an amazing time to go there and they really celebrate Christmas in style

To Thailand and Malaysia it is between November and June. I have been in Thailand in June-July 2001 and to Malaysia in June 2002. I got sun and rain. But rain consists of a heavy shower in the day and that would be it. Take only summer clothes as in Thailand there are two season namely Hot and Hotter. Should you need any information about Thailand or Malaysia (places of interest) just let me know and I will try to accomodate.

Check the weather buro. Singapore is pretty good all year round, Hong Kong can be cold in winter.

Some of the areas you name do not have a weather change.
