Have you ever dated a teacher, or someone much older than you, that you looked up to and respected alot, there is a mutuial attraction between us, and I think I'm going to ask him out...should I, and explain.

I dated a man much much older than me. You have to get used to people discussing all the other reasons your dating other than that your attracted to each other. Dating a teacher is not a good idea. And if you're that young his attraction is probably more physical. Older men do take advantage of younger girls especially if you seem lonely. If he's a teacher he should be more professional than to date a student. Regardless of how he feels attracted to you he has an obligation to be professional and that isn't. Don't do it. Oh, and I have found when I ask a man out he takes it that's his cue to get lucky. Let men come to you.

Since there is already the attraction and it looks like you have spent some time together, yes you should test the waters by asking him out.
You'll never know how far your current relationship will go if you'll not brave the "should I or shouldn't I" question, you will be left with "what if's" in the end.

Well, falling in love with a teacher is already a wrong thing more over you wanted to date him then it's more wrong. However, in love situation, love is blind and the age makes no different in the relationship if you boths love for each other was true. Well, if i were you i'll think carefully and i'll make a move to see how's thing works and that's by having serious conversation.

if youre a schoolgirl i wouldnt ask him out because it will make it awkward and the other thing is if he has sex with a minor that carries the same jail time as rape.....If you care about this man in any way I suggest you dont bother until you are Eighteen years old.

no don't ask a teacher its bad for a student to date his teacher pick your own level a student like you or the boy next door in your neighborhood okay

well if you know him really well and you know he wont take advatage of you then go for it. but if you hardly know him then i suggest you get to know him alot better then you never know it may result to him askin you out which makes it alot easier on you. good luck!
