to say truth, i m feeling let down by those company so called India's Giant IT company, they r not interesting in hiring hearing handicapped like me. I have working as system/WIN adminsitrator for 5 years or so.they will say, will call you later when they come to know my personal limitation even though they had selected my resume/cv....

Being an Indian I am sorry to say that Indian employers are not truly equal opportunity employer. The selection should not happen on the basis of race,sex,age,physical condition etc. etc.,government should take care about these and public should be aware of their rights.India is a huge country and there are no shortage of talented people so the employers always try to exploit the employees(for example employees are bound to work more than the agreed office hours in private companies)Now a days It became so casual that nobody ask any question regarding this matter.Employees are not job secured in most of the private companies.
My suggestion is that if u r really good in your field then why don't u try for some western country(US,UK etc.)I am sure that if u have potential then definately u will get the real value of your talent.
Trust me,once u will start working in a foreign country,u will realise the difference between the working culture of India and working culture of western country.
One assurance I can give u that in 99% case u will never been discriminated by your physical problem.
