i have heard that fish are considered brain food becuase of a specific nutrient found in them that is good for the brain, but that nutrient can also be found in other foods. what is not comonly known is that fish skin holds something like 9x the amount of toxins as other meats. thats why you here about people getting food poisoning from fish so often.

Beans of any kind:high on several vit.b's
Fresh fruit.
Brown whole grain bred.
Cheese and milk.
They all contain a special ingredient to keep you sharp.
