The one where you can go to any congregation, any where on the planet, in 265 languages, and find the same people, the same teachings.

The one where every person is taught the same, from childhood on up, equal to a Bible College education.

The one where a 12-year-old has enough knowledge to conduct Bible studies with other children, and even give Bible talks in front of the whole congregation. They don't get baptized until they are old enough, and fully understand the meaning behind making a commitment to God and Christ. Usually past age 14. By their 20s, they can give one hour talks in front of a congregation (200 persons), theirs or another, the entire circuit (1100+ persons), or a District (15,000+ persons).

The one where every Baptized adult is a legal minister, men and women.

The one where only active "publishers" are counted when they are asked how many members they have. They don't just give the numbers of anyone that shows up at a meeting Hall, a Circuit Assembly, or District Assembly meeting.

The one where everyone attends conferences, not just the elite, anywhere in the world. That includes the elderly, the disable, physical or mental, children, and babies.

The one where cngregations never get larger than 200 active publishers, after which they are split and a new congregation is formed. Since everyone is taught the same, most adults heads of households, in good standing, are capable of leading the new congregation. Each meeting Hall has 2-4 congregations.

The one where nobody gets paid, regardless of their position. The corporate president lives in a two bedroom apartment, along with the factory workers.

The one where weddings are not drunken affairs, as liquor is usually not served.

The one where weddings are not elaborate affairs, for showing who can out do who. Invitations are come all and bring food.

The one where wedding anniversaries are celebrated affairs.

The one where thy do not pass the plate for donations, have special fund raisers, or ask for outside donations from any corporations. They don't own retail businesses, and even refuse to allow retail businesses to be opened on the first floor of their residential halls, bordering major streets in Brooklyn, NY.
