Orange juice and especially bannanas.the most potassium is in the ends of the bannannas.

Drink some sports drinks with electorites.

Remember you need to have calcium too. And with calicum you need vit D

Also there is an old med still used called Quinine

Potassium levels are very high in bananas. I think I've heard that drinking too much soda lowers your potassium levels, but I might be wrong.

bananas are an excellent source of potassium,orange juice brocilli to name a few. if push comes to shove go to the docter and have your k levels check and he can prescribe a k supplement to bring the levels up

Yep. The foods listed are correct, esp. banannas. And yes, soda depletes the potassium in your body (as well as depleting the calcium).
