Well, yes, it is wrong because that female colleague will never look seriously at you again. She will think you really like her and when the project is over, she will be wondering why you don't want her anymore. Eventually, she will resent you for dumping her and soon hate you for using her. Down the road, she will try to sabotage your career. Haven't you seen the movie "Indecent Proposal"? Oh well, if you like doing it, go ahead and have fun. Just remember what you will end up with.

Are you dragging them into it by creating some sort of professional pressure, then it is wrong?
If they willing go with you then this is not wrong... May be it can damage your reputation... but one can not manage both the things... enjoy and be prepared for the consequences..

You shouldn't mix business with pleasure because things could start being confusing and some things that should be taken seriously will not be because of the mix feelings.
