I need to know what distance cars have to be; from eachouther at a stop sign. In Idaho

no laws for distance between cars at a stop sign. You can be 2 inches from them. Even while driving, the 2 second rule is just a guideline, not a law.

You need to be MORE than two inches from a car,you should be able to see the back tires on the ground at a stop.Driving you should be back from them incase they hit their brakes & you will have time to react.Otherwise you are a tailgater.In Idaho that is aggressive driving...
