One product I *love* is Pantene Deep Fortifying Treatment. It's a thick creamy conditioner that works very well... you only need to use it like once or twice a week. You can use it on top of your regular conditioner if you want to, if you normally use something light.

Infusium 23 is also very nice. You can use it on dry hair; if you don't wash your hair on some days, or if wash at night and you want to smooth your hair out in the morning.

-Biosilk: Silk Therapy. It works really well!!
-hot oil treatments
-every week of deep conditioning (a mix of olive oil, eggs, avocado, and mayo or jsut plain conditioner will do)
-eat plenty of fruits and vegatbles
-drink lots of water (a good source for healthy hair)
-take your daily vitamins
-run a lot. letting your hair breathe is healthy
-aussie shampoo (a professional hairstylist shampoo) works REALLY well. find it in your local hair salon. I think you can't find it in drugstores. I never tried it, but i heard its da best!
