my throat is all closed up and hurts, i cant go 10 seconds with out a drink of water, im dizzy, my stomach hurts, and even though its october and its probably really cold i feel really warm....what is wrong with me??

when i first get a cold i always feel really hot on the inside of my body like someone is burning fire in my stomach but on my skin i feel ice cold and sweat pours. the first time it happened i freaked out and went to urgent care and i just had a regular cold its just my body's way of trying to fight it early on without any help, i.e. antibodies, cough syrup, vitamin C. so it may be that or strep throat like the person above said but just dont freak out cause obviously ur not a doctor or you wouldnt be here asking us so just go to a doctor and see what they say.

well your sick you do need to go to the doctor it is strep throat season i would go with the first person's answer the person who is a nurse.
