Note that:
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.
Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

I've had Hemorrhoids for nearly 40 years now. I use to suffer badly from moderate chronic Hemorrhoids combined with unbearable swelling and bleeding. As with numerous other Hemorrhoids sufferers, I've been fold to "accept and live with it" In searching the internet about Hemorrhoids, I found this very good remedy: https://tr.im/HemorrhoidNoMoreOfficial

Well, I had a friend who had bad consitpation and it was so bad that she could not pass motion for one month. She took this product called Fibre Plus and got better..
And then my other friend was constipated for 10 days just drinking juices and taking veg and fruits.. so she called me for help. I told her about the friend and suggested that she takes Fibre Plus.
She now goes toilet daily and no longer suffer from chronic consitpation. Most importantly, even her backache problem is gone with the constipation.

fiber, fiber, and more fiber. You could develop diverticulitis if you haven't already. pockets form in your intestines and it just sits in there your muscles don't work anymore and it could burst. No joke. look it up. It could cause death if not treated. not to scare you. But seriously. Try to stay away from white bread. Eat only whole grains. Not a lot of meat either. Greens are good. Sweet potatoes have a lot of fiber too. Berries are good. Try metamucil every day. you might get sick of it, but you could get sicker if you don't poop. Fiber cereals are good for your system when mixed with orange juice. Dairy products don't mix well with fiber cereals and spinach. You'll have to check that out in more detail. The dairy cancels out the benefits of the greens and the fiber. Oj helps it work better. If it doesn't work, you know where to go. Best of luck to you! Oh! laxatives are not good for you. You should probably stop taking them. They harm your system more than they help.

constipation can also result from lack of food to digest into bowels and/or lack of good sleep.
have a regular early time for a good sleep everyday and have at least 1 type of food to digest into bowels.
focus also on a certain time when you usually go to the toilet when the constipation seems to stop and bowels come naturally.
a new environment also cause constipation if not least. in a new environment, it will take some to get used to it. try to feel comfortable in your new environment and your bowels should flow naturally, provided you also take the above cautions too.
good luck!

flax seeds or flax seed oil if you can find it is really good for you. they taste good too. naturally help you. i also would recommend a natural healer if you have one near by. check into it. way less money than youd think. like 20-25 bucks and i swear it works. they aren't all religous like i had thought prior. they just help you with your blocked energy. we are all energy sources and they are skilled in the ways of helping to release that energy we can't.
i've seen them work first hand. my mom who had leg problems for almost ten years or so can move as free as a teenager the very next day. it's crazy. also we hold a lot in emotionally it get's connected to how we release our bowel movements. try and meditate a little also before bed. is there anything going on in your life that's causing a lot of unusual stress? hope any of this helps :o)

Have you tried eating pumpkin? That is what we tell dog owners to feed their constipated dogs (I'm not in any way comparing you to a dog, just thought you should know that pumpkin is full of fibre). Try to avoid laxatives - Try metamucil instead. It comes in capsule form if you are not keen on drinking it down. Good luck!

Stop the laxitives!. these only make your motion lazy and reliable.
Trying drinking before your sleep half a glass of warm water with a tblspoon of honey and also in the morning when you wake up. try it for a few days before you give up. I know its useful and if so, make it a habit for life.
