It means and can translated as.......
You will go here with car today.
or
You will be going there with car today.
or
Today, you will be going there with car.
or
Today, you will go here with car.

I am a fluent Japanese speaker.
I just wonder if you speak Japanese, why did you needed to know what it means?

You might want to think a little bit more about studying. :)

You should've written, "Kyou anata wa koko e kuruma de ikimasu." This roughly translates to "Today you go here by car," but it's not a very good sentence.
