what do you mean having the best heart rate to have ?

normal heart rate would be of 70 - 90 bpm, this depends on the activity that you do a day. if you are fairly sedentry not and not doing anything besides playing with your children it should be along the line of 80bpm plus minus 10 !

if you wanted to know the maximun heart rate to have and average of bpm. please google for karvonen formula as i always use with my clients in the gym. i hope this website can help you in determining your heart rate that you desire.

But do be cautious as this is only a gauge, if you really are concern, do consult a doctor or personal trainer. Glad i could help Cheers.

Resting heart rate should be below 72 or so.
Anything above 80 is too much as far as RESTING heart rate.
In general the more fit you are the lower the heart rate.
