John 20:27-29
Then He said to Thomas, "Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing." And Thomas answered and said to Him, "My Lord and my God!" Jesus said to him, "Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."
Notice Jesus didn't rebuke Thomas when he called Him God.

There are hundreds of verses revealing the Deity of Jesus Christ. God the Father calls Jesus God, Jesus Himself calls Himself names only associated with the One God, Others call Jesus God. I don't know why there is so much confusion. God Himself is the only one who is able to reveal His truth and He definitely isn't ready to reveal Himself to most, just yet. Because if you believe the bible than you can come to no other conclusion then the fact that Jesus is God. It is revealed all throughout the word.

no, Jesus is the son of God. And for the comment made just a couple along before mine, God is not the only one to be worshiped, Jesus is also worshiped because He died on the cross for all of us so that we are able to repent from our sins, for if he had not died there wouldn't be such a thing as repentance. So we are therfore indebted to Him for the sacrifice he made for the world, and for the great teachings he made to the people when he was here on the earth. =)
