They with be quiet and keep to themselves and will be highly educated. They will not be wearing traditional clothing.

It depends on how you define terrorist. In the U.S., the majority of "terrorist acts" (using the most common legal definitions) are committed by white American citizens for reasons considered to be "racist / separatist." Worldwide, the largest number of suicide-bomber attacks are committed by the Tamil Tigers in Sri Lanka, though because they are often against military targets they aren't always considered to be "terrorist." Its the failure to identify with a country which produces terrorism as we know it.
For example IRA (Irish republican army) of Northern Ireland have carried this label of terrorism by UK for many decades. What was the cause of their terrorist activities? That they grudged the presence of the British in their country.
In Vietnam Buddhist population was termed terrorists when they fought with the occupation forces of USA. It continued till the later had to submit to the will of the people of that country (Vietnam) and left them alone in late 1970's.
Palestine reportedly has many 'terrorists' but what makes an average law abiding citizen of a country terrorist is where the root cause of terrorism lie. If you invade and conquer a country with nothing but brutal force (no matter what your ideas of independence and democracy are), the people who own that country will rise against this illegal act of blatant terrorism and will try to get rid of you. That produces terrorism.
